Why are Whole House and Component Inspectors both listed? Generally it can be said that whole house inspectors are "a jack of all trades and master of none (though some are a master of one or so trades)". When a Whole House Inspector "red flags" a problem it is important to bring in a specialist. Also, many of my clients have opted not to do a Whole House Inspection and just use individual Component Inspectors.
