To this day, Nancy Magnon remembers when her parents started in the real estate business in the Beavercreek/WPAFB area in the early 1950's.  The Multiple Listing Service consisted of getting a stack of printed sheets once a month with listings which had to be placed in a special ring binder-Nancy's job.

Many years have passed since then...Nancy completed her schooling in the Beavercreek School System and went off to Ohio State to earn a degree in communications-Speech and Hearing Therapy. After graduation from Ohio State, Nancy came back to the area and married Larry Magnon, a lieutenant in the Air Force.  They settled down to one of five homes they would buy or build in Beavercreek and raise two great sons-who went through the Beavercreek School system and  finished their degrees at Ohio State.  

Whether it is spending time golfing or boating with her husband, their children and four grandchildren, Nancy never loses sight of the fact that life was meant for living.  "If you can't enjoy life and what you do for a living, then what good is it?"
